Let me start by giving a brief definition of health and wellbeing. What is Health and Wellbeing? There can be various definitions of health and wellbeing. But the positive definition would be “Health and wellbeing can be defined as the achievement and maintenance of Physical Fitness and mental stability”1. Younger and older adults were the most likely to be non-drinkers.7
