The main purpose of this article is to connect Mechatronic set 6 station to the iiot. The purpose of creating the Mechatronics fields was to train pro men so that they could design, build & control advanced industrial systems. Therefore it’s absolutely necessary to train them while they are still in college. Iot is abbreviation form of internet of things that recently become the main purpose of developers. Iot is the smart communication of things that daily we use them or other things. The interface that bring this communication is internet. Iot has two main challenges:1) Security 2) interoperability . the other challenge is the shortage of ip addresses. The solution for this challenge is ipv6 that can fulfill this challenge . With these equipment and other components our machine (Mechatronic set 6 state) can provide these things: 1) Self-fixing 2) Distinguish capability 3) Monitoring 4) Data transfer 5) Predicting crashness . Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication is a key enabling technology for the future Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications.With improvement of technology and growing the population the competition between different industries in production will increase. This increment leads to appear iot in industry. So we implement iot on Mechatronic set 6 state to simulates this term for trainers and students.
Now we should know that what is difference between IoT and IIoT ?
The main difference between IoT and IIoT is that where consumer IoT often focuses on convenience for individual consumers, while, Industrial IoT is strongly focused on improving the efficiency, safety, and productivity of operations with a focus on return on investment.
M2M is a subset of IIoT, which tends to focus very specifically on machine-to-machine communications, where IoT expands that to include machines-to-objects/people/infrastructure. The IIoT is about making machines more efficient and easier to monitor. The iiot bring organization this question that iiot has what kind of benefit in industry. In contract iiot significantly improve the efficiency, development, saving time and saving costs of an organization in the industry. Saving isn’t only achievement of the iiot in other word iiot has other benefit too. Iiot has improvement in safety and has potential to improve the efficiency of operational teams and the activity of organization.
2. Methodology or Simulation Method
Mechatronic set 6 station : The purpose of creating the Mechatronics fields was to train pro men so that they could design, build & control advanced industrial systems. Therefore it’s absolutely necessary to train them while they are still in college.This set is made of 6 different stations to fulfill its purpose which is to train to control electronic instruments, mechanical systems & how they work. In this set we tried to show various kinds of transportation mechanical methods like systems, pneumatic systems, robots, different kinds of motors, sensors, controllers (PLC) & etc. This set is a new & more complete version of our 3 station set and also a HMI can be added to the set. The advantage of materials & sections used in this set & all other sets is that they all can be found & replaced easily so that the lifetime of the set would be much more long.
