is very important in building a country, because education can improve the
quality of human resources. in Indonesia education is uneven but there is no
improvement in the quality of education. many things that happen in education
in Indonesia, such as salary teachers who can not make enough daily life that
makes them work side, then facilities are not adequate, and curriculum that
Constitution number 31, paragraphs 1 to 5 describes the government regulate the
existing education in Indonesia, but in reality not all the articles are
running as they should. as I said earlier there are many issues that make the
constitution not work properly. this can make decreasing the quality of
education in Indonesia.
then in Pancasila 2 and 5 of humanity that
is just and civilized, social justice for all people of Indonesia. but the word
justice and fair just like the tropes for honorary teachers, honorary teachers
in Indonesia only have a salary of Rp. 250,000 to Rp. 500,000 per month. this
is unfortunate because the salary of people who can improve the nation only get
a very small salary.
From Indonesia Dictionary, Education is a process of learning for every individual to achieve higher knowledge
and understanding about certain and specific objects. Formally acquired
knowledge that results in each individual that has a mindset, behavior and
morals in accordance with the education obtained.

Formal Education usually happen between teacher’s and student’s in
education place. For Example : At School, At university, ETC
Informal Education happen betwwen teacher’s and student’s in the daily

QUALITY OF EDUCATION AT INDONESIA
Indonesia has been independent for 72 years starting from economic, social,
health, and education has experienced a very advanced development. but
education in Indonesia has been uniform but the quality of education does not
change from year to year. according to Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Indonesia’s education quality is ranked
69 out of 76 countries, singapore is ranked fifth and Thailand is ranked 47th.
Indonesia should learn from neighboring countries because Indonesia also has
potential not far from other countries. there are several causes
of Indonesia are in the rank that is
Low Quality of Physical Infrastructure.
The quality of physical facilities available in Indonesia is very poor, such
conditions are familiar to many schools, from the number of schools and
colleges that have damaged buildings, the lack of books contained in libraries,
media and laboratories that do not meet the standards, even many among schools
and colleges in Indonesia that have not yet meliki own building.
2. Low Quality of Teachers
The low quality of teachers in Indonesia is one of them because there are still
many teachers who do not have professionalism in carrying out their duties as
contained in article 39 of Law No. 20/2003. The low quality of teachers is also
due to many teachers who teach not in accordance with the competence of
knowledge it has, for example, a graduate of history teacher teaching the
subject of PPKn in school.

Teacher welfare is one of
the causes of the low quality of education in this country. During this
teachers salaries are considered still low let alone the salary of teachers who
are still honorary status. The low salary of teachers who are not in accordance
with the needs of everyday life to make them a lot of looking for side jobs
such as teaching tutoring, selling textbooks, a motorcycle taxi drivers etc.
QUALITY EDUCATION PANCASILA POINT OF VIEW
I took the precepts of pancasila 2, and 5 that is : just and civilized, Social Justice for all people of Indonesian. From the 2nd point of view, in Indonesia every
honorary teacher still has a salary that is still spelled out less, causing the
teachers are looking for a side job. The existence of side jobs that make
teachers do not focus with the profession to be educators only but they are
preoccupied with the job side job.
5th point of view, the salary of honorary teachers can be spelled out very
small around Rp. 250,000 to Rp. 500.000 per month and some are not paid at all
by the school. These honorary teachers should have a salary that is at least
enough to meet the daily needs.

Every citizen is obliged to follow basic education and the government is
obliged to finance it.

revenue and expenditure budget and from the regional budget and revenue to meet
the needs of national education.

properly. and also there are so many who make the progress slow, like there are still children who can not

Problem solving in my point of view
improve teacher’s welfare
improve the welfare of teachers, ranging
from honorary teachers and civil servant teachers. because the welfare of
teachers can lead to positive effects for students. such as honorary teachers
who can focus on teaching when earning a sufficient salary of daily life and
honorary teachers are not split focus between teaching and working side.
2. Adjust the curriculum
in Indonesia curriculum for students is very burdensome from 7 am to 3 pm.
indeed, it has a positive impact as students will be more productive in school,
but in reality many students complain of too much study hours and too much
many school schools in Indonesia still have facilities that are still
practically less feasible, there are still schools that do not have libraries,
