Al-Ain distribution company is public joint stock company dully listed in Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange. The company is headquartered in the Alain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. It was established in January 1999.The paid-up capital of the organization is 1530000000 billion owned by Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority. Currently approximately 2000 employees perform their services in the organization. Al Ain distribution company is mainly deals in the supply of water and electricity in the eastern region of the UAE. The objective of the organization is to provide quality services to the clients. The company also engage in the business activities for the development of infrastructure in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to enhance overall revenue of the United Arab Emirate. The organization win number of the awards such as Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Awards (SKEA), Abu Dhabi Awards for Excellence in Government Performance (ADAEP) for best technical projects.

Al-Ain Distribution Company is a large organization and has approximately 2000 employees. There are number of issues relevant to the employees such as:
supervision issues arising due to different nationality of employees
personality conflict due to different religion of employees
lack of proper communication among different department of the organization.
Some OB related issues arise due to team working because people from different counties have different ideas.

Diversity issue arise due to difference in the age, religion, race and personality of the employees. In Al-Ain Distribution Company, approximately 2000 employees work that belong from different countries of the world. Evaluation of Proposed Solutions
The timely identification and diagnose of the OB issues are very important to achieve overall objective of the organization. The introduction of the corporate culture will be more suitable for the overcome of the OB related issues. In the corporate culture, the employees will be responsible for each of their actions. But on the other side, the introduction of the corporate culture is very difficult.

In this project, we discussed an important topic of organizational behavior in one of most recognized public listed company “Al-Ain Distribution Company”. This company is headquartered in Al-Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. It was established 1999. Approximately 2000 employees work in this organization. In our report, we highlighted the OB related issues in Al-Ain Distribution Company. We identified that there is lack of proper supervision due to different nationalities of the employees. We also concentrate on the business communication in the Al-Ain Distribution Company. We mentioned employee engagement in the decision-making process of the company. In our report, we discussed about organizational culture of the company and employee satisfaction in Al-Ain Distribution Company. At the end of the report we mentioned the main critical OB issues faced by the company and their suggested solutions.
